Bill Holbrook
Bill Holbrook is a prolific Comic strip writer and artist.He does three strips:

His online biography (found on the Kevin and Kell web page mentioned above) says that every week he writes the story line for the next three weeks for one of his strips and draws the next three weeks worth of strips for another.
