 Bön : Bon

Bön is the original spiritual tradition of Tibet and Tibetan people. Has similarities with shamanism and buddhism.

'Tis thy mortality infects thine ear; SEA FEVER I must go/go.html">go down.html">down to the seas again, to the lonely sea.html">sea.html">sea.html">sea.html">sea.html">sea and the sky, And the wheel's kick and the wind.html">wind's song.html">song and the white.html">white.html">white sail's shaking, Is a wild call.html">call and a clear call that may not be denied; And the flung spray and the blown spume, and the seagulls crying. I must go down to the seas again, to the vagrant gipsy life, whetted knife; And quiet sleep and a sweet dream when the long trick's over. John Masefield [1878- To smell.html">smell the smell of piled-up deals and feel the salt wind blowing, (Shipmate, my shipmate!) as in days gone by. As I went down by Hastings Mill I saw a ship there lying, And half I took her for the ghost of one I used to know The flicker of her riding light along the ripples streaming, (Shipmate, my shipmate!) in the days gone by. As I went down by Hastings Mill I heard a fellow singing, And well.html">well I knew the queer old tune and well the song he sung To a randy dandy deep sea tune my heart in time was keeping, And the voice of one I knew across the high tide calling "A WET SHEET AND A FLOWING SEA" A wet sheet and a flowing sea, And fills the white and rustling sail, And bends the gallant mast, my boys, Away the good.html">good ship flies, and leaves I heard a fair one cry; And white waves heaving high; The good ship tight and free - And merry men are we. There's tempest in yon horned moon, And hark the music, mariners! The wind is piping loud, my boys, While the hollow oak our palace is, THE SEA The sea! the sea! the open sea! .
