Clark County, NevadaClark County is a county located in the U.S. State of Nevada. It is the most populous county in that state (2001 population estimate 1,464,653), and contains the city of Las Vegas, which is the county seat.

The per capita income for the county is $21,785. 10.80% of the population and 7.90% of families are below the poverty line. Out of the total people living in poverty, 14.10% are under the age of 18 and 7.30% are 65 or older.
