Coalition of Progressive Electors
The Coalition of Progressive Electors (COPE) is a municipal political party in the Canadian city of Vancouver, British Columbia. It follows generally left-wing principles.In 2002 Vancouverites elected their first COPE mayor, Larry Campbell.
