Depending on the country, politicians entitled to the honor can include:

• The President
• A member of the cabinet
• A Member of Parliament
• A judge
• A senator
• A congressman or member of the house of representatives[?]
• A mayor

Judges are the only members that are routinely referred to as "your honor" in spoken address, however.
