Kalispell is a city located in Flathead County, Montana. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 14,223. It is the county seat of Flathead County6.

As of the census of 2000, there are 14,223 people, 6,142 households, and 3,494 families residing in the city. The population density is 1,005.8/km² (2,605.7/mi²).
