 Psychologist

A psychologist is a practitioner of psychology.

Psychology is now considered a separate field from psychiatry, and a psychologist isn't ordinarily a medical doctor and hence is unable to prescribe psychiatric medications.

  • clinical psychologists
  • marriage counsellors
  • family therapists etc.
