Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 92.0 km² (35.5 mi²). 90.2 km² (34.8 mi²) of it is land and 1.8 km² (0.7 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.97% water.
Demographics
As of the census of 2000, there are 963 people, 365 households, and 274 families residing in the town. The population density is 10.7/km² (27.7/mi²). There are 420 housing units at an average density of 4.7/km² (12.1/mi²).
